Meet the founder / Stewart Tucker Lundy

Professionally nosy.
By design.

Look closely. Ask another question. Notice what everyone else has learned to walk past.

I’m Stewart Tucker Lundy, founder of AccessPoint 44. My work brings together accessibility consulting, public service, media production, and practical uses of technology.

Decades of navigating the world from a wheelchair have taught me to notice the distance between what a system promises and what a person can actually do with it.

Can I get in? Can I participate? Can I leave independently?

Those questions follow me into buildings, civic meetings, studios, and digital spaces. AP44 turns that perspective into useful conversations and recommendations for the people making decisions.

Public life

A seat at the table.

My civic background includes mayor-appointed service on Denver commissions addressing disability, African American community concerns, and human rights. I also served as an HRCP co-chair and contributed to Smart Cities and GO Bond discussions.

That experience shapes how I connect individual needs with decisions about public places, technology, and participation.

Media & human perspective

Listen for the whole story.

Directing, producing, speaking, and on-camera work have taught me to listen for what a person is saying—and what the setting makes difficult to say.

My background includes Craig Hospital’s Redefining Possible project, television appearances, commercial work, and collaborations with filmmaker Mitch Dickman.

Technology in daily practice

More ways to work.
More room to create.

I use voice, large language models, and spatial computing to research, develop ideas, and create. That daily practice helps me examine where a tool supports independence and where it still gets in the way.
